  They increased my policy without any notice or explanation. It took them two weeks to even determine why the policy had increased--it was because I drive more than average. They offered a discount for using one if their apps but they never applied the discount. I asked why, and Regina could not determine how much of a discount I was supposed to have, nor why I had none. When I called to determine where in the policy that it explains that my premium would increase based on distance driven, Regina told me it wasn't in the policy. They have poor customer service and faulty business practices.
